SAFETY AND HANDLING WARNING

“Natural,” “organic,” “wild harvested,” “historically used,” or “traditionally used” does not mean safe for consumption or bodily application.

Handle all products carefully:

  • Keep products securely stored away from food, beverages, medicines, supplements, and personal-care products;

  • Keep out of reach of children, pets, livestock, and vulnerable persons;

  • Avoid creating or inhaling airborne dust;

  • Consider wearing appropriate gloves and protective equipment when handling;

  • Wash hands and contacted surfaces thoroughly after handling;

AGE AND PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS

Sales are limited to purchasers eighteen years of age or older.

By purchasing any product from this page, the purchaser represents, certifies, understands, and agrees that:

  1. The purchaser is at least eighteen years old;

  2. The product is being purchased solely for a lawful, non-consumptive purpose;

  3. The purchaser will not consume, administer, smoke, inhale, inject, or bodily apply the product;

  9. The purchaser accepts responsibility for lawful possession, handling, storage, transportation, and disposal;

  10. The purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws; and

  11. The purchaser will not repackage, relabel, advertise, or resell the product as a food, beverage, supplement, medicine, cosmetic, animal feed, or consumable product.

PROHIBITED RESALE AND MISREPRESENTATION

Products purchased from this page may not be repackaged, relabeled, marketed, recommended, or resold for human consumption, animal consumption, medicinal use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, smoking, vaping, inhalation, extraction for bodily use, or any other unauthorized purpose.

The purchaser may not remove, conceal, alter, or contradict the “NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION” warning.

ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Any ingestion, administration, inhalation, injection, bodily application, unauthorized preparation, improper storage, improper handling, unlawful resale, relabeling, or other use contrary to this notice is an unauthorized misuse of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser accepts responsibility for harm, injury, illness, loss, contamination, or property damage resulting from unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, relabeling, resale, or use contrary to these warnings.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ENTIRE-PAGE NOTICE

This warning applies to every item appearing on this page, including product photographs, descriptions, individual listings, bundles, samples, promotional items, and related materials.

The absence of this complete warning from a photograph, shortened listing, checkout screen, receipt, or individual container does not change the stated intended purpose of the products. Each physical product should nevertheless bear the following warning prominently:
