About Yarrow

Yarrow is one of the most legendary medicinal herbs in human history. Used by warriors, midwives, herbalists, and healers for thousands of years, this plant is known as a master wound herb, a circulatory ally, and a foundational survival medicine.

It forms feathery, fern-like foliage and produces flat-topped clusters of tiny white (sometimes pink) flowers that attract pollinators in abundance. Yarrow is exceptionally hardy, drought tolerant, and long-lived.

This is not just a garden plant — it is a living first-aid kit.

Traditional & Herbal Uses

Yarrow has been traditionally used as:

• A classic wound herb
• A traditional blood-supporting plant
• A circulatory-supporting herb
• A fever-supporting plant
• A digestive-supporting herb

• A traditional first-aid herb
• A foundational survival medicine

The leaves and flowers are the primary traditionally used parts.
