Gentle Cycle Support is Yahuah's Farm's gentle menstrual-comfort formula created specifically for menstruating teenagers and young ladies. It was carefully designed to provide softer, traditional monthly support without the stronger herbs used in our separate women's formula.

This blend focuses on traditional herbal support for ordinary monthly discomfort, calmness, nervous tension, occasional bloating, digestion, mineral nourishment, and normal menstrual flow. It does not contain Vitex or Chaste Berry and is not intended to force or manipulate hormonal changes.

Ingredients

Red Raspberry Leaf, Cramp Bark, Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root, Stinging Nettles, and Rose Petals.

Suggested Use

Shake well before using. Measure carefully and dilute in water or tea.

Ages 13–17: Begin with 5 drops once daily as needed. If well tolerated, increase to 5–10 drops up to twice daily as needed. Use only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Ages 18 and older: Take 15–30 drops in water or tea up to twice daily as needed.

This formula is not recommended for younger than 13. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Stop use if an unexpected reaction occurs.

Not for use during pregnancy or nursing. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if taking medication or managing a medical condition. Severe pain, fainting, fever, unusually heavy bleeding, rapidly soaking menstrual products, large blood clots, or bleeding lasting longer than seven days requires medical evaluation.
