Mullein Leaf

Mullein Leaf is a well-known traditional respiratory herb used to support comfortable breathing passages, normal mucus clearance and general airway comfort.

Directions

Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose tea to 10–12 ounces of hot water.

Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes.

Strain extremely well through a fine tea strainer, cloth filter, or coffee filter. Mullein Leaf naturally contains very fine hairs that should be removed before drinking.

Drink up to 3 cups daily, or use as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Honey may be added after straining for sweetness and additional throat comfort.
